A not-for-profit organisation requires an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to review, improve and enhance their instance of Dynamics 365 CRM, following a successful implementation over 12 months ago.
Over an initial 6 months period, the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant will understand my client's end-to-end sales process, will review their implementation of Dynamics 365, and will look to identify best-practice changes, improvements and enhancements, aligned with business needs.
The Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant will then oversee and implement those changes utilising both in-house and 3rd party development resources, as well as ensuring that user training needs are identified and delivered.
The successful Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant will work predominantly remotely, but will need to travel to the main office in Uxbridge at least on a monthly basis, but more frequently on occasion.
Experience Required:- Proven experience as a Functional Consultant or Solutions Consultant within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Strong understanding of sales processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and communication skills.
