We’re seeking a Building Compliance Engineer to join a consultancy specialising in Building Regulations compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with air tightness testing experience to join a fast growing team!

The Role

  • As a Building Compliance Engineer, you’ll carry out air tightness testing in line with Part L requirements, as well as ventilation testing and commissioning under Part F where required.
  • You’ll work closely with colleagues and clients to ensure compliance across a variety of residential and commercial projects.
  • You’ll also play a key role in maintaining strong working relationships with clients and helping to deliver projects efficiently from start to finish.

The Company

Our client is an established provider of compliance services across the construction sector, including air tightness testing and ventilation commissioning. The role is field-based, with projects primarily across the Midlands and South of England.

What We’re Looking For

  • A recognised qualification in air tightness testing (Level 1 or 2)
  • Confidence working independently on-site and communicating with clients
  • Understanding of construction or building compliance
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Experience in ventilation testing or smoke shaft testing would also be advantageous!
