This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Product Assurance Manager to join a highly-successful company at the forefront of Aerospace innovation in a newly‑created role.
The Role
With a background as either a Product Assurance Manager or Quality Assurance Manager in highly regulated environments, the Product Assurance Manager will ensure that projects meet their objectives in a safe and reliable way, by methodically examining all possible outcomes, before identifying and implementing strategies to prevent those adverse outcomes from occurring. This will involve reviewing MAIT processes, participating in design reviews, performing project inspections and creating policies, processes and documentation.

What do I need?
- Demonstrable experience as a Product Assurance Manager or Quality Assurance Manager in a highly regulated industry (Nuclear, Automotive, etc.) with Space or Aerospace being an advantage
- A good knowledge and understanding of ECSS (or equivalent if experience within the Space sector has not been gained) and lean commercial PA/QA approaches
- A good understanding of the mechanical, thermal and radiation tolerance properties of materials and their practical implementation
- Experience of or familiarity with ISO9001 would be beneficial
