The Role
As Creative Director, you’ll take ownership of the agency’s creative vision, leading and inspiring a multidisciplinary in‑house team across branding, packaging and artwork. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll balance strategic direction with meticulous attention to detail, setting the creative standard. Guide teams through complex FMCG and private‑label work, ensure consistently high‑quality output across multiple clients and categories, and help modernise creative processes, embedding smarter systems, digital tools and AI‑led workflows to improve efficiency and scalability. You’ll also present ideas to clients, collaborate closely with production and account teams, and play a key role in shaping how the agency evolves creatively.
