We are looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join a growing and ambitious law firm, as they continue to expand their corporate offering across key markets.
The Role
Working in a dynamic and commercially focused environment, the Corporate Lawyer will play a key role within the firm's Corporate Team, focusing on the delivery of high-quality legal work across a broad range of corporate matters. This is a hands-on position suited to a technically strong lawyer who enjoys being closely involved in the detail and execution of transactions. You'll be responsible for advising on a variety of corporate matters, including M&A, restructurings, and general corporate advisory work, often supporting on high-value and complex transactions.
