We’re looking for a 1st / 2nd line Support Engineer to join a leading Oxfordshire based organisation. This is a great role, either for someone looking for their first entry‑level role in IT, or an already established Support Analyst!

The Support Engineer will join a busy service desk, working within a Microsoft environment. The Support Engineer will provide 1st / 2nd line technical support to an impressive client base, troubleshooting desktop, server and network issues.

  • Experience providing 1st/ 2nd line support in a Microsoft environment
  • Previous customer service experience, even if this isn’t from an IT setting
  • Experience with Office365, Windows Server, Active Directory and Exchange
  • Full UK driving license
