The Role

As Senior Building Manager, you’ll take responsibility for multiple high‑rise residential buildings within a large Manchester estate. Supporting the Estate Manager, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day operations on site, supervising a team of caretakers, cleaners and support staff to ensure the estate runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll play a central role in maintaining full compliance across the buildings, particularly in relation to fire safety and wider health & safety regulations. This will include overseeing routine inspections, managing contractor activity on site, monitoring statutory records, and ensuring all checks and tests are completed and accurately recorded.
