The Role
As an Accounting Software Account Manager, you'll be the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of clients, helping them maximise the value of their accounting software. You'll deliver training, guide successful onboarding, and support clients with adoption, retention, and expansion opportunities.

- Excellent communication, relationship-building, with the ability to identify client needs, upsell solutions, and support adoption.
- Any accountancy qualifications would be a plus!
