What’s Required?

For this HR Director position, we’re looking for candidates with:

• Significant experience as a HR Director / HR Partner, ideally working for a remote/hybrid company
• Experience working in a growing organisation, ideally a technology company
• Knowledge of Spain’s employment law, would really set your application apart!
• Great attention to detail, organisation, and planning skills
• People skills and ability to build strong relationships, working within a remote, dispersed team
