The Role
As a Senior Food Safety Consultant, you’ll work with a diverse portfolio of clients across sectors such as hospitality, care, retail, and leisure. This is a hands-on, client-facing position where you’ll provide expert guidance on food safety and health & safety, helping organisations meet regulatory requirements and strengthen their overall compliance frameworks. You’ll carry out audits, deliver tailored advice, and support businesses in implementing effective systems and best practices.

What’s Required?
- A background in food safety and health & safety, gained in consultancy, local authority, or a similar regulatory environment
- Experience with the hospitality sector, and Food Hygiene HACCP, is a must!
- A degree in Environmental Health, food safety, and health & safety qualification (e.g. NEBOSH) are all beneficial
- Solid knowledge of UK food safety and health & safety legislation
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Central Scotland
