The successful Project Manager / Implementation Manager will build strong relationships with customers and will be responsible for scoping work clearly with them, before delivering the implementation projects that will deliver the software they require to run successful events. Typical projects will require briefing a team of developers on bespoke customisations to my client's software according to customer needs, website development, software configuration and the provision of reporting capabilities. Managing several such software implementation projects concurrently, the Project Manager / Implementation Manager will be the primary day-to-day point of contact for the customer, providing exceptional customer service and stakeholder management.

For this Project Manager / Implementation Manager position, we’re ideally seeking candidates with:

  • Proven project delivery/software implementation experience, ideally with software or technology products that are configured per customer rather than built from scratch each time
  • Confident briefing Software Developers - translating customer requirements into clear, actionable technical instructions
  • A working awareness of CSS and HTML - enough to triage a styling issue, read what is happening on a customer’s page, and brief a developer on a fix - would be beneficial, but certainly not essential, as would any experience of SQL
