The successful Project Manager / Implementation Manager will build strong relationships with customers and will be responsible for scoping work clearly with them, before delivering the implementation projects that will deliver the software they require to run successful events. Typical projects will require briefing a team of developers on bespoke customisations to my client's software according to customer needs, website development, software configuration and the provision of reporting capabilities.

Managing several such software implementation projects concurrently, the Project Manager / Implementation Manager will be the primary day-to-day point of contact for the customer, providing exceptional customer service and stakeholder management.

Joining a software house nestled in South Oxfordshire, the Project Manager / Implementation Manager will enjoy a remote working setup, but with quarterly meet-ups, as well as travel to customer sites several times a year.
