We are looking for a motivated and experienced Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join a fast-paced and growing Residential Conveyancing team within a modern and ambitious law firm.
The Role
Working in a dynamic and client-focused environment, the Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. You will be responsible for progressing matters from instruction to completion, ensuring compliance with SRA / CLC regulations and delivering a high standard of client service. You will also liaise with clients, lenders, and third parties, draft legal documentation, and support a small team of legal assistants, contributing to overall team performance in a target-driven environment.

What’s Required?
Whilst strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, the ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Qualification as a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
- Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of SRA / CLC regulations and Land Registry processes
- Experience handling freehold and leasehold transactions
Experience in the following areas would be advantageous:

- Remortgages and transfers of equity
