The Role
As a Customer Success Engineer, you’ll act as the bridge between customers, Sales, and Engineering, ensuring smooth implementation and long-term customer success. You’ll work closely with clients from the early stages of the sales process through to platform launch and ongoing engagement. You’ll also collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to improve processes, share customer feedback, and help develop scalable delivery methods as the business grows. This is a highly collaborative role where communication, organisation, and customer engagement are just as important as technical understanding.

What’s Required?
