The Role
As Development Team Lead, you will oversee a multi-disciplinary software engineering function, taking ownership of technical delivery while supporting the ongoing development of a portfolio of sophisticated software products and platforms. Working alongside senior stakeholders, you will help ensure engineering initiatives align with broader business goals while maintaining a hands-on understanding of technology, architecture, and delivery. What We're Looking For
- Previous experience leading software engineering teams in a senior technical or management role
- Strong software development expertise, including hands-on experience with C# and/or C++
- Experience working within regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, utilities, payroll, defence, aerospace, or similar sectors
- A track record of contributing to technical roadmaps, engineering best practices, and software delivery methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across both technical and business audiences
- A desire to continue progressing into broader engineering leadership positions
