The Role
As a Senior Packaging Designer, you'll be responsible for creating and delivering innovative packaging solutions across a variety of food, beverage, and consumer brands. You'll take briefs from concept through to completion, producing design work that is both visually striking and commercially effective. In this role, you'll play a key part in defining creative responses, bringing ideas to life through strong design thinking and attention to detail. You'll work closely with internal teams and clients alike, confidently communicating your ideas and evolving concepts in response to feedback.
Beyond your own projects, you'll contribute to the wider creative output of the studio, supporting and guiding junior designers, sharing expertise, and helping to ensure consistently high standards across all work. You'll also be involved in preparing presentation materials, developing mock-ups, and ensuring designs are fully aligned with production and packaging specifications. This role would suit a designer who enjoys taking ownership, influencing creative direction, and working within a collaborative, ideas-driven environment.

What's Required?
- Strong experience within a design agency or packaging-focused environment
- A portfolio that demonstrates impactful packaging or FMCG design work
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- A solid grasp of packaging production and print processes
- The ability to manage projects independently and deliver to a high standard
- Confidence presenting ideas and working directly with clients
- Experience supporting or mentoring more junior team members
