We are looking for a hands-on AI Software Engineer with deep Firebase expertise, including Firestore, Cloud Run, Auth, and Security Rules. We need someone who has built production systems, not just prototypes. We require demonstrable experience building and deploying complex AI applications using LLMs. Experience with agentic workflows is highly desirable. Familiarity with vector databases such as pgvector, ChromaDB, Pinecone, or similar is a plus. We are seeking an engineer who wants to grow into a leadership and CTO-level role as we scale.
Responsibilities:
- Build the end-to-end architecture, security, performance, and integrations for our platform on Firebase.
- Work with Claude API and leading LLMs to deliver our AI-powered workflow and intelligence platform.
- Take well-defined specs and prototypes and turn them into production-quality code.
- Work closely with our Head of Product to shape and deliver the product.
- Help build our engineering function by hiring, structuring, and mentoring the team as we grow.
- Play a key role in leading the technical direction of the company as we scale toward the CTO role.
