We have an excellent opportunity for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join a thriving company based in Didcot.
The Role
Working as a 3rd Line Support Engineer, the successful candidate will be expected to take on all problems that come into the support business and aid their solution. The 3rd Line Support Engineer will help with the completion of on-running project work with clients, work that can be wide-ranging with a lot of variety!

Ability to work in a varied IT Support role with a range of technologies
Experience supporting MS Servers and related technologies including Exchange / Active Directory etc.
Working with virtual tech including VMWare / Hyper-V
Basic Networking Skills
Both project and BAU experience
Experience working alongside external stakeholders and customers
