Your impact

Are you passionate about education? Are you excited about designing engaging and effective online learning experiences to help professionals develop skills in data and AI? The Learning Designer will play an important role in supporting the design and development of enterprise training programs for learners at all levels from individual contributors to executives, helping them make data-driven decisions, tell compelling data stories, and optimize their work using generative AI. You will leverage your expertise in education and design to create content and activities that are evidence-based, learner-centered, and results-driven.

A day in the life

  • Develop slides and instructor guides for live online training programs focusing on data and AI.
  • Customize curriculum by updating examples and case studies based on client needs.
  • Design interactive exercises and activities to engage learners and promote hands-on practices.
  • Create workbooks for assignments and guidelines for learners to complete a successful capstone project.
  • Assess what went well across programs and develop reusable learning assets that can be easily adapted for different client needs.
  • Review learning materials developed by subject matter experts and offer feedback to improve the learning experience.
  • Iterate on the lessons based on instructor and learner feedback.
  • Ensure effective design, development, implementation, and feedback loops, considering different aspects of learning including assessment, delivery, and facilitation.
  • Define timelines, track progress, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Standardize workflows and templates across client programs while balancing flexibility to adapt to specific needs.
  • Analyze data to drive decisions, monitor program performance, and develop KPIs to measure efficiency and impact.
  • Manage resource allocation to meet competing deadlines and ensure the team delivers high-quality work on time and within budget.

Your expertise

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Design, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in designing courses for adult learners.
  • Comfortable with designing corporate training for data and AI topics.
  • Experience in applying effective strategies to engage learners and help them achieve learning goals.
  • Superior written communication, copy editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Biased for action; tenacious.
  • Collaborative spirit, proactive in reaching out to people and keeping them in the loop.
  • Comfortable and excited to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience developing and managing operational frameworks and processes that scale with growth.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or similar).
  • While Airtable experience is not required, the ability to quickly learn new tools is essential.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Scrum/Agile, or ITIL are a plus but not required.

This role is remote and can be based in the MENA region. Working hours must be compatible with the EST time zone.
