Correla are looking for a Product Manager to join our SaaS team. Salary: circa £70k (advertised salary achievable for a candidate fulfilling all role criteria).

About The Role

  • Define and own the Waypoint Core product roadmap, demonstrating thought leadership to balance regulatory requirements, customer demand, and long term platform scalability.
  • Act as the primary product lead for Meter Operators, building trusted relationships and translating operational needs into clear product priorities.
  • Drive timely, high quality delivery of product enhancements and configurations in partnership with Product Engineering Teams.
  • Own the end-to-end user experience across field engineer workflows and back office portals to ensure compliant installations and efficient job management.
  • Stay ahead of smart metering regulation and industry change, proactively shaping the product to meet future Meter Operator needs.

About You

  • Proven experience working in the UK energy sector, specifically with Meter Operators and smart metering programmes.
  • Strong understanding of SMETS2 installations, field engineer workflows, and compliance obligations.
  • Demonstrated experience owning and evolving a SaaS product in a complex, regulated environment.
  • A strong bias toward delivery execution, with the ability to turn strategy into delivered outcomes.
  • Experience managing professional services funded delivery without compromising core product integrity.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders across customers and internal teams through clear communication and sound judgement.
  • Comfortable using operational metrics and commercial insight to inform product decisions and prioritisation.
