- Lead software development efforts: Design, build, and deliver complex software solutions using Python, Django, and React, ensuring scalability, reliability, and quality.

- Cloud proficiency: In-depth experience with AWS, including advanced use of services such as S3, SNS/SQS. Knowledge of deploying into k8s is a bonus.
- Problem‑solving and critical thinking: A track record of solving complex technical challenges.
