About the Role
- Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the application delivery process.
- Collate and provide reporting to track the effectiveness of the support deliverables.
- Managing third party suppliers to ensure that the necessary resources are available and aligned for delivery of all processes.
- Continually assess and improve processes and methodologies to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
- Apply service management processes across the team and ensure these are adhered to aligning with ITIL best practice.
About you
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to provide detailed and timely service reporting.
- Ability to lead and motivate both on and offshore 3rd party technical teams.
- Ability to resolve any conflicts and facilitate team collaboration.
- An understanding of Service Management principles across Incident, Problem and Change and how to apply this within the Application delivery.
- Strong analytical skills to assess risks and identify issues.
