Correla are looking for a ServiceNow Product Owner to join our business.
Salary: c£80,000 – £85,000

About the Role
- You will contribute to defining and refining the platform’s vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with Correla’s growth, and quickly onboarding and supporting new customers.
- You will manage and lead a cross-functional development team, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
- You will oversee the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring development aligns with timelines, quality standards, and strategic priorities.
- You will be managing the product backlog and prioritising them based on changing requirements.
- You will be monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process.
- You will be overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development and following product completion, conduct a final review to submit approval before releasing the product to our customers.
About you
- Strong ServiceNow experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
- Strong decision-making abilities, with experience in product ideation and backlog management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
- Previous experience working in customer-facing products.
