Correla are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our SaaS team.

Salary: circa £70,000 (advertised salary achievable for a candidate fulfilling all role criteria)

About The Role

Design, build, and deliver complex software solutions that address customer needs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and quality.

Set a high standard for software quality by implementing advanced testing strategies, driving code reviews, and advocating best practices in development.

Support the growth of junior and mid-level engineers through coaching, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.

Identify opportunities to adopt new tools, frameworks, and practices to improve efficiency and future-proof our solutions.

Take ownership of building and maintaining robust, observable systems with strong SLAs to ensure high availability and performance.

Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders and peers, ensuring effective communication and alignment across technical and non-technical teams.

Contribute to system design and architecture decisions, ensuring alignment with our long-term technical strategy and scalability goals.

About You

You will have technical Expertise working in Next.js, Typescript, React (Native), Supabase, PostgreSQL and Vercel.

You will have experience with deployment platforms like Vercel, and Kubernetes, and version control using GitHub.

You will be able to integrate AI/LLM tooling into product features to support and enhance the user experience and automation capability of the platform.

You will have the ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimise complex applications for high performance and scalability.

You will have experience working in Agile environments with excellent teamwork, communication, and adaptability skills.

You will ideally have a background or understanding of thermal and mechanical engineering.
