Correla are looking for a Test Manager to join our SaaS team. Salary: circa £65k (advertised salary achievable for a candidate fulfilling all role criteria).

About The Role
- Define, own, and evolve the SaaS test strategy across all products, with a clear focus on automation, risk based testing, and shift left principles.
- Drive the design, adoption, and scaling of automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, API, performance, security, and end to end).
- Establish and enforce consistent testing standards, quality metrics, and release readiness criteria across teams and products, aligned to engineering and service management practices.
- Lead, coach, and develop their team, raising technical testing capability and fostering a strong quality engineering culture.
- Cross partner with Engineering and Product to proactively identify quality risks, influence design decisions, and ensure testability is considered from inception.
About You
- You will have a strong background in software testing and quality engineering frameworks, with hands‑on experience across functional, non‑functional, and automated testing approaches.
- You will have proven experience designing and implementing test automation strategies at scale.
- You will be comfortable operating in modern cloud‑native, API‑driven, and data‑centric architectures, with the ability to challenge engineering decisions constructively.
- You will have the ability to balance speed and quality by applying risk‑based testing and making informed trade‑offs aligned to business priorities.
- You will have experience using AI‑assisted tools to improve testing efficiency and quality, including test generation, optimisation, and defect analysis, with a focus on delivering practical value.
- You will have a strong understanding of quality metrics (defect trends, coverage, automation effectiveness, release confidence) and how to use data to drive improvement.
- You will have a passion for evolving testing practices, tools, and ways of working in line with modern engineering and DevOps principles.
