Correla are looking for a Project Manager to join our Managed Service Change team.

About the Role
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, delivery schedules, budgets, forecasts, RAID logs, and milestone tracking for technical projects and workstreams.
- Lead the day‑to‑day delivery of medium‑sized technical projects or multiple interdependent workstreams.
- Coordinate cross‑functional technical delivery teams, including business analysts, architects, developers, testers, infrastructure, data, security, and service teams.
- Monitor supplier, partner, or managed service deliverables where applicable, ensuring agreed outputs and commitments are met.
- Translate technical delivery activity into clear project controls, status reporting, and decision points for stakeholders.
- Ensure requirements, technical design dependencies, environments, test phases, and release plans are aligned to the overall delivery plan.
- Facilitate governance forums, project boards, technical working groups, and stakeholder checkpoints to support timely decisions.
- Support business readiness, implementation planning, service transition, and handover into live operation.
About You
- Strong understanding of project management frameworks, governance, controls, and delivery methodologies, with the ability to apply them pragmatically in technical environments.
- Good working knowledge of technical delivery lifecycles, including architecture, software development, testing, environments, deployment, and service transition.
- Ability to manage multiple technical dependencies and coordinate delivery across specialist teams.
- Strong organisational and planning capability, with confidence managing complex schedules, milestones, and competing priorities.
- Effective stakeholder management skills, able to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Confident in identifying, analysing, and managing delivery risks, issues, and dependencies in a structured way.
- Able to challenge constructively, hold teams to account, and escalate appropriately where delivery is at risk.
- Analytical and commercially aware, with the ability to interpret delivery data, assess impact, and support informed decision‑making.
