Correla are looking for a Paralegal to join our Legal team.
Salary: circa £36,000 (advertised salary achievable for a candidate fulfilling all role criteria)

About the Role
- Provide day-to-day support to Head of Legal and Senior Legal Counsel across commercial, corporate and governance matters.
- Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of supplier contracts and NDAs.
- Review and update precedents and standard terms.
- Support Procurement Team with contract renewals and supplier onboarding.
- Assist with preparation and organisation of board minutes and board meeting packs.
- Maintain statutory registers and liaise with external counsel on updating of statutory books and filing of confirmation statement.
- Maintain contracts and NDA registers.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders (Saa S, Managed Services, Procurement, Finance, People Services) to support business initiatives and respond to legal enquiries.
- Undertake legal research and horizon scanning on relevant legal and regulatory developments.
About You
- Paralegal/UK qualified lawyer with 3+ years PQE with inhouse experience.
- Experience working with commercial contracts and company secretarial matters.
