Correla are looking for an Internal Audit Specialist to join our Audit team. Salary: circa £54,000 (advertised salary achievable for a candidate fulfilling all role criteria).

About The Role
- Internal Audit: Delivering third line assurance across key business functions, supported by the Internal Audit Manager, and drafting reports for the Audit and Risk Committee.
- Advisory: Supporting audit related projects where we provide guidance and direction on effective risk and control methods.
- Compliance assessment: Reviewing and obtaining assurance on internal and external assessments, including internal reporting and external certifications, such as ISO.
- Quality Assurance and Improvement Programme (QAIP): Be part of the team’s activities to continue to develop and improve in our procedures and processes.
About You
- An audit qualification, which may be CIA, ACA/ACCA, ISO Lead, CISA or another.
- Two or more years delivering internal audits, with manager support, including Scoping and planning, Interviewing, Controls testing, Root cause analysis, Evidence based assessments, Report drafting.
- Understand the application and benefits of effective risk and control frameworks.
