Correla are looking for a Delivery Lead to join our SaaS team. Salary circa £70k (advertised salary achievable for a candidate fulfilling all role criteria).

About The Role
- Lead a dedicated professional services squad to deliver agreed enhancements, configurations, and change requests for Meter Operator customers.
- Own delivery planning, scope control, and prioritisation to ensure commitments are met on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Act as the primary delivery contact for the customer, managing expectations, reporting progress, and resolving risks or escalations.
- Ensure all delivered changes support compliant SMETS2 installations and align with operational and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with Product Management and Core Engineering to ensure customer delivery aligns with the long-term integrity of the Waypoint platform.
About You
- Proven experience working in the UK energy sector, specifically with Meter Operators and smart metering programmes.
- Strong understanding of SMETS2 installations, field engineer workflows, and compliance obligations.
- Proven experience leading delivery teams or squads in a SaaS or technology environment.
