Correla are looking for a Business Analyst Team Lead to join Managed Services. Salary: circa £65k (advertised salary achievable for a candidate fulfilling all role criteria).

About the Role
- Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement.
- Own the requirements gathering process directing and managing the team for Small and Medium changes whilst taking the lead for larger changes.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications for design and build teams.
- Support impact assessments for contractual and regulatory change routes.
- Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, developers, testers, and external partners.
- Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the change lifecycle.
- Drive the quality of Business Analysis deliverables through effective leadership, mentoring, providing constructive feedback and development support.

- You will have the ability to structure and document complex processes in a clear, concise way.
