About The Role
Installation & Maintenance:
- Install loft insulation, cavity wall extractions, cavity wall insulation, internal wall insulation, and basic ventilation works.
- Conduct remedial and minor works as required before installations.
- Ensure installations comply with PAS 2035 and manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain job time frames and uphold CCS quality and safety standards.
- Stock company van with materials and ensure supplies are ready for installations.
- Customer & Client Liaison:
- Engage with residents and clients, ensuring clear communication about ongoing works.
- Ensure all appointments are met, keeping clients informed throughout the process.
- Maintain professionalism and respect in all customer interaction.

- Attend staff briefings and company meetings as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- General competence in insulation installation or hands-on trade experience.
- NVQ Level 2 loft installer (preferred).
- Experience in building fabric and insulation works.
- Strong punctuality, professionalism, and flexibility.
- Familiarity with mobile PDA devices for job tracking.
Experience Required:
- Experience in residential property insulation installations.
- Experience working directly with residents and clients.
- A clean UK driving licence and DBS check will be required.
