About The Role

Job Purpose: To oversee and manage operational delivery across all national locations, ensuring the successful management of site teams and supervisors across multiple work streams, including social housing, retrofit, energy efficiency, and renewable energy contracts. This role includes managing whole-house retrofit contracts to PAS2030/2035 standards while maintaining high levels of commercial control and customer/client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead pre-project briefings with internal teams and supply chain to confirm scope, programme, risks, and responsibilities.
  • Develop and maintain project delivery plans and construction phase plans in line with CDM, CCS procedures, and client requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and oversight to all technical managers, project managers, and administrative managers, ensuring works are carried out safely, correctly, and in line with specifications, PAS standards, and CCS procedures.
  • Contribute technical input to planning and sequencing of works, ensuring measures are correctly planned, dependencies understood, and delivery programmes are achievable and compliant.
  • Ensure materials are validated and kit lists to ensure accuracy via Tech Managers, specification compliance, and suitability before installation to reduce defects and rework.
  • Ensure Site Managers complete mid-install QC checks and 100% post-install QC inspections, reviewing outputs and reporting compliance, issues, and trends weekly.
