Job Purpose
As a Fabric Installer, you will perform fabric insulation installations, including cavity and internal wall work, and conduct any necessary remedial tasks. You will ensure all work complies with industry standards, company procedures, and codes of practice, representing CCS professionally and responsibly.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality service to clients and their customers.
- Adhere strictly to company procedures and industry standards.
- Perform various insulation works, including loft, cavity wall extractions, cavity wall insulation, internal wall insulation, and ventilation.
- Maintain job timelines and ensure a high‑quality finish.
- Keep vans stocked and ensure necessary materials are available for installations.
- Communicate effectively with residents and CCS clients about work progress.
- Ensure all PPE is correct, and equipment is calibrated and in working order.
- Submit accurate reports, certificates, timesheets, and other required documentation weekly.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure project targets are achieved.
Skills & Qualifications
- Competence in the trade or equivalent hands‑on experience.
- NVQ Level 3 preferred.
- General experience in building fabric.
- Proficiency in using Mobile PDAs.
Experience Required
- Experience working with residents and clients directly.
- Clean UK driving license.
- DBS check (required).
