About The Role

Job Purpose
As a Plumber with CCS, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing plumbing systems and central heating in client properties, adhering to industry codes of practice, company procedures, and safety standards. This role requires professionalism, responsibility, and a commitment to high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain company standards by working efficiently, safely, and with high-quality finish.
- Adhere strictly to industry codes of practice and company procedures.
- Conduct repairs and minor works, including breakdowns and emergency calls.
- Organize parts ordering and manage job requirements for efficient issue resolution.
- Complete job documentation using the mobile PDA device and back-office system.
- Liaise with residents and clients to ensure clear communication.
- Keep PPE and equipment in working order and appointments on schedule.
- Attend staff briefings and company events as required.
- Coordinate with engineers and staff to meet project targets.
- Complete and submit job sheets, certificates, and weekly timesheets accurately.
Skills/Qualifications
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plumbing.
- G3 Unvented Hot Water Cylinders.
- Competence in trade, strong punctuality, professionalism, flexibility, and familiarity with PDA devices.
- Proven experience in plumbing, ideally within social housing.
- Direct experience working with residents and clients.
- Clean UK driving license and DBS check required.
