About The Role
Job Purpose
Provides office support services by assisting with commercial and supply chain administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Working within the commercial team, assisting where directed in a pro‑active and professional manner.
- Support the commercial team with accurate and considered inputting of subcontractor invoicing data onto the current ERP system Protean.
- Report on subcontractor issues with invoicing to the supply chain management team and commercial team.
- Assist Commercial Support Lead in raising purchase orders for subcontractor works over £3k in line with process.
- Maintain and update, as required, all commercial documents, memos etc.
- Provide support and assistance with the estimating process and Ensign estimating package, when required.
- Track Task requests for quotes.
- Update supplier terms and pricing files onto the estimating system Ensign.
- Manage the CCS order email inbox.
- Support the Supply Chain Management Team to manage the certificates and qualifications when onboarding new subcontractors to review & request certificates & qualification dates to ensure they are up to date.
