The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring projects, technical submissions and quality checking survey and installation compliance pictures and paperwork.
Duties:
- Works within the technical admin team, assisting where directed, in a pro-active and professional manner.
- Control and deliver the company’s customer satisfaction process, by taking ownership and delivering the required output as directed. This should include, but is not limited to, all weekly installations, including renewables, small works, projects, and commercial works.
- Quality checking surveys and create job packs for installations.
- Quality checking installation submissions and producing submission packs.
- Lodging successful installations.
- Liaising with operation/installation managers with any defective paperwork.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- To contribute to a team effort of 100% compliant jobs.
- To use software systems to enable submission process.
- To use software systems to digitalise surveys.
- Takes ownership, and controls the company’s defects process, adding them to the system (Protean) and providing updates and reports as requested.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer focus.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills, including own time management.
- Good IT skills and comfortable being trained on software systems.
- Administration & Customer Service experience - minimum 2 years.
- Good attention to detail with an interest in renewables and retrofit works.
