Future-proof your career in renewable energy. If you're a qualified plumber with an NVQ Level 2 and at least 2 years experience, CCS will train you to become a certified Air Source Heat Pump Installer at no cost to you.

Your Training
Spend 6 months learning how to become a qualified ASHP installer. Training is fully funded by us. We simply ask that you stay with us for at least 24 months after qualifying.
Your Role After Qualifying
- Installing ASHP units and central heating systems efficiently and safely.
- Deliver high-quality service to clients and their residents.
- Ensure compliance with MCS, PAS 2030, building regulation and company standards.
- Carry out repairs and remedial works as needed.
- Liaise with residents and clients professionally.
- Maintain PPE, tools and equipment to an excellent condition.
- Complete required documentation such as safety certificates, timesheets and reports.
- Work collaboratively with other engineers and staff to meet targets.
What We're Looking For
- A willingness to learn a new trade.
- NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification in plumbing.
- Water regulations and unvented Hot Water Systems (desired, but not essential).
- Strong fault-finding skills.
- Experience in working in social housing.
- Clean Full UK driving license.
