Corramore Holdings Ltd are a dynamic and forward-thinking construction company based in Mid Ulster with a wide portfolio of projects throughout the UK and Ireland.
We are recruiting for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team:
Based: Corramore Head Office, Draperstown.
Projects: Major construction projects throughout the UK.
Role Responsibilities:
- Procurement and commercial management of subcontract packages.
- Monthly valuations, cost reporting and CVRs.
- Management of variations and contractual entitlement.
- Subcontractor valuations and final accounts.
- Working closely with our Contracts, Site and Design teams.
- Regular reporting to senior management.
- Identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
- Maintaining strong commercial control throughout the project lifecycle.
Knowledge, skills and experience required:
- A Degree in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management or equivalent.
- Excellent commercial and contractual awareness.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Willingness to travel regularly to Corramore projects throughout the UK.
- Experience within healthcare, care homes, hotels, residential or similar high-specification developments would be advantageous but is not essential.
