About the Role
We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our fast-paced food warehouse in Park Royal. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills who thrives in a night shift environment and can ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all night shift warehouse activities.
- Lead a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring efficiency & compliance.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety.
- Manage stock control and assist with inventory processes.
- Conduct team briefings, allocate tasks, and train staff.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and ensure smooth workflow.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse (preferably in food).
