About the Role

AFTERNOON SHIFT- 2PM TO 10/11PM

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our warehouse team.

You will play a key role in ensuring production receives the correct materials on time by accurately picking, checking, preparing, and storing label stock.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process paper-based warehouse and production orders.
  • Pick the correct label stock and materials according to production requirements.
  • Check labels, product codes, and quantities to ensure accuracy.
  • Inspect opened boxes and manually count label rolls to verify stock levels.
  • Prepare materials on pallets for safe and efficient delivery to the production department.
  • Receive incoming deliveries and check goods against delivery documentation.
  • Store stock in the correct warehouse locations while maintaining an organised warehouse.
  • Carry out stock checks and report any discrepancies.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and follow all health and safety procedures.
  • Work closely with production and warehouse colleagues to ensure orders are completed on time.

About You

The ideal candidate will have

  • Previous warehouse experience (preferred but not essential).
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic numeracy skills for counting and checking stock.
  • The ability to read and follow paperwork and work instructions.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
