As the Production Team Leader, you will ensure that production targets are met efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and motivate production operatives on shift
- Oversee daily production schedules and ensure targets are achieved
- Maintain high standards of food safety, quality, and hygiene
- Carry out line checks, quality control, and completion of production records
