Job Overview: Our client based in Silverstone is seeking a Warehouse Operative for an immediate start. Due to travel between sites and training requirements, having your own transport is essential (mileage expenses). This is a temp to perm role β if you are looking for a steady position, apply now.
Working Hours: 9:00 β 18:00 for 2-3 weeks training Mon β Fri 8:00 β 17:00 after training. One Saturday per month.
Main Role Responsibilities:
- Maintain a tidy, safe, and efficient operation
- Picking, packing
- General warehouse operative duties
- Machine minding duties
- Assist with stock checks when required
- Consolidation of products within the warehouse
- Production experience combined with warehouse operations
The Candidate:
- Good communication skills
- Good self-discipline and ability to strictly follow agreed procedures
- Reliable and punctual
- Good attitude and able to work to deadlines
- Machinery experience is advantageous however NOT essential
