We are looking for a Senior Experienced Print Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a professional printing environment and be confident working independently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor printing machinery efficiently and safely
- Set up machines and ensure print jobs meet required specifications
- Carry out quality checks throughout the production process
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine and print-quality issues
- Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Work to production targets and deadlines
- Follow all health, safety, and company procedures
- Support and guide less-experienced members of the team when required
Requirements
- Proven experience as a print finisher in a production environment
- Strong knowledge of printing processes and machinery
- Ability to identify and resolve print-quality issues
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work as part of a team
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Large format printing and signmaking experience is desirable but not essential
