Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Production Manager to lead their manufacturing operations and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will oversee production processes, manage supply chain activities, and develop strategies to improve efficiency and quality. This role requires a strong background in manufacturing, operations management, and supply chain analytics, with a focus on continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
Primary Responsibility
- To build sales with clients and assist the Managing Director with all commercial activities
Key Performance Areas
- Preparing and following up on sales quotes
- Scheduling site surveys, deliveries and on-site installs
- Informing clients on production progress of their orders
- Logging deposit and sales invoices in the correct database folders
- Updating the Master Production File and Turnover Summary documents to assist in answering queries relating to financial reporting with our Accounts Team
Salary & Terms
- £40,000.00 per annum
- Monday to Friday
- 8am to 5pm (Fridays 12pm finish)
- Full time, permanent position
