Production Supervisor – Night Shift Location: Park Royal, London Salary: £40,000 Times: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 6:30 AM) – 1 hour break unpaid (flexible) Shift: Sunday to Thursday About the Role We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our fast-paced food warehouse in Park Royal. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills who thrives in a night shift environment and can ensure smooth food production operations. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and coordinate all night shift warehouse activities. * Lead a team of production operatives, ensuring efficiency & compliance. * Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety. * Manage stock control and assist with inventory processes. * Conduct team briefings, allocate tasks, and train staff. * Troubleshoot operational challenges and ensure smooth workflow.
