About the Role: We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our team in Battersea. This is a physically demanding role, involving heavy lifting and general warehouse duties in the production of high-quality coffee. You will play a key part in ensuring our products are prepared, stored, and dispatched efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling, lifting, and moving stock safely around the warehouse
- Assisting with the production, packaging, and storage of coffee products
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Operating warehouse equipment safely (training will be provided if required)
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
- Supporting team members to meet production targets
Requirements:
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks
- Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus but not essential
- Strong work ethic and reliability
