The predicted salary is between 16.2 - 19.8 Β£ per hour.
We are looking for an experienced Transport Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis, with weekend cover required.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor HGV drivers' driving time, working time and rest periods.
- Calculate and monitor daily and weekly rest requirements.
- Check tachograph information and identify infringements.
- Ensure drivers remain compliant with relevant drivers' hours and Working Time Regulations.
- Communicate with drivers and provide transport administration support.
Essential Requirements
- Previous transport industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of HGV drivers' hours and tachograph regulations.
- Ability to accurately calculate driving time, working time and rest periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
HGV driving experience is highly desirable, although not essential. The pay rate will be based on your experience and level of transport knowledge, with a weekend bonus of Β£61.15/day. Based in Hemel Hempstead.
