Counterbalance Forklift Driver – Hemel Hempstead Position: Counterbalance Forklift Driver – Experienced Location: Hemel Hempstead Pay: £14-16 per hour Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis Contract: Temporary, with the possibility of an extension The Role We are looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our long-standing client in Hemel Hempstead. Your responsibilities will include: * Operating counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently * Carrying out routine forklift checks and reporting any faults or issues * Loading, unloading and moving stock around the warehouse * Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment * Supporting general warehouse duties when required * Working flexibly across different areas of the operation * Following all health and safety procedures and company guidelines * Working effectively as part of a busy team Requirements * Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (out-of-house) * Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift * Warehouse or production experience preferred * Good understanding of forklift safety procedures * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Good communication skills * Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude * Strong awareness of your surroundings and workplace safety This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Counterbalance Driver to join a reputable, long-standing company with the potential for the role to be extended.
