Join a trusted logistics team delivering essential IT equipment to businesses across the UK with competitive hourly rates and full operational support. We are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 and Class 2 Drivers to deliver high-value IT equipment to business customers across the UK.
Pay Rates:
- Class 1
- £18.00 per hour
- £27.00 per hour (Overtime after 9 hours)
- Class 2
- £17.00 per hour
- £25.50 per hour (Overtime after 9 hours)
Overtime paid after 9 hours per shift.
The Role:
- This role involves delivering high-value and sensitive IT equipment, including laptops and servers, to business customers.
- Deliveries must be made directly to the customer and cannot be left unattended.
- 4–6 drops per day depending on area.
- Routes may vary (local and longer-distance routes).
- Loading and unloading required.
- Maintaining high standards of driving and customer service.
- Attention to detail is essential, as goods must be signed for by the customer.
- Adhering strictly to Drivers' Hours and road safety regulations.
- Using handheld technology for delivery confirmation and vehicle checks.
Drivers are fully supported by the operations team while out on deliveries.
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 1 or Class 2 licence.
- Up-to-date Driver CPC.
- Valid Digital Tachograph card.
- Good knowledge of Drivers' Hours regulations.
- Comfortable using delivery technology.
- Strong communication skills.
- Professional and reliable attitude.
