We are seeking a reliable and professional Van Driver (Afternoons) to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods efficiently and safely, primarily during afternoon shifts.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a van to deliver goods to various locations within designated routes during afternoon hours.
- Load and unload items, ensuring they are secured properly for transit.
- Plan efficient delivery routes to optimise time and fuel consumption.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery schedules or any delays.
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately, including delivery logs and vehicle checklists.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
- Assist with warehouse tasks such as heavy lifting when required, maintaining organisation of stock.
Experience
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving is preferred.
- Proven ability to operate a van or similar commercial vehicle safely and responsibly.
- Experience in warehouse environments or logistics operations is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary, demonstrating physical fitness for the role.
